Master of Education Program Overview

hannah-olinger-NXiIVnzBwZ8-unsplash.jpgThank you for your interest in Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV!ÌýÂé¶¹´«Ã½AV was approved to offer the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program by the North Dakota Education Standards and Practices Board in April 2021 and by the Higher Learning Commission in September 2021.

The Master of EducationÌýcoursesÌý·É¾±±ô±ôÌýprovideÌýonline courses for licensed teachersÌýwanting toÌý±è³Ü°ù²õ³Ü±ð g°ù²¹»å³Ü²¹³Ù±ðÌý±ô±ð±¹±ð±ôÌýinstruction, to achieve a higher educational preparation level. It alsoÌýprovidesÌýa degreeÌýoptionÌýfor professionals outside of the K-12 teaching arena to prepare for teaching and learning within an organization. ÌýÌýÌý

Arranged in 8-week blocks,ÌýgraduateÌýstudentsÌýmay enroll in one toÌýthree courses simultaneously withÌýthe opportunity forÌýdegree completionÌýas early as one year.ÌýThe courses are set in a rotation model andÌýareÌýdesigned soÌýthat the graduate student may choose either a part-time or full-time plan of study.Ìý

Degree options

The graduate core is comprised of six courses (16 SH Credits) for both the Adult Teaching andÌýInnovative Teaching Practices Track.
