Welcome back to Â鶹´«Ã½AV! You are a re-admit student if you have previously taken classes or have graduated from Â鶹´«Ã½AV. If you have attended any other institution since Â鶹´«Ã½AV and are seeking a degree from Mayville State, we will need official transcripts from that institution(s).
A complete admissions file includes:

A new Â鶹´«Ã½AV application for admission.

An application fee if it has not been previously paid. (You do NOT have to pay an application fee if previously paid.)

Official transcripts of all institutions attended. These must be sent directly from the institutions and must show all courses attempted and grades earned. Transcripts must be signed by a school official and contain the official school seal.

Other official documents if not previously submitted.
