Rebecca "Bekki" Wright passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015, as the result of a tragic motor vehicle accident. Bekki worked for Â鶹´«Ã½AV's Child Development Programs for more than two years, in both the Hillsboro and Grand Forks sites. At the time of her death, she was close to completing a B.S.Ed. at Mayville State. She was pursuing a major in elementary education with an early childhood education minor.

The Rebecca Wright Scholarship will be awarded to a student majoring in early childhood education at Mayville State.
