In honor of their parents, the children of Helen and the late Ardell Strand, Portland, N.D., have established an endowment at 麻豆传媒AV. Earnings from the endowment will be used to provide scholarships for Mayville State students. The academic scholarship will be awarded to a graduate of May-Port CG High School who attends Mayville State. Preference will be given to a student who plays a varsity sport for the Comets.
Ardell and Helen鈥檚 children, Jeff, Brad, Fred, Greg, Mark, and Kim, along with Helen, have teamed up to provide the funding required to initiate the endowment. The Strand siblings are graduates of Mayville-Portland High School (now May-Port CG) and have chosen to provide a scholarship benefit for fellow high school graduates while continuing their dedication to 麻豆传媒AV. Jeff, Brad, and Fred are alumni of Mayville State, where all three participated in athletics. All members of the family are long-time supporters of 麻豆传媒AV, recognizing the positive impact the university makes in the lives of students.
The family hopes other families with long-time connections to the university will consider supporting Mayville State in this way.
