A global expo featuring exhibits, food, music, and dance representing cultures from around the world will be held at Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Friday, May 2. The various exhibits will be open from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Campus Center Foyer. All activities are free and open to the public.
The North Star Council will have a booth describing cultural diversity issues of Native Americans. The local Sons of Norway group will have a display and share Norwegian goodies. Marc de Celle, author of How Fargo of You and Close Encounters of the Fargo Kind will lead a discussion, and Mayville State students of Dr. Carolyn Baker will exhibit their poster displays.
